The ali-5 is the latest in Almex lightweight vulcanizers especially designed to join small circumference belts.
This shop style press splices lightweight PU and PVC belts up to 3 mm (0.12”) thick. The custom platen area is 127 mm (5”) wide and is available in custom lengths up to 812 mm (32”) long, according to your application.
The minimum belt circumference size of this press is 350 mm (14”).
19 mm (0.75”) daylight and downstroking provide even pressure up to 40 psi (2.8 kg /cm²) along the length of the platen.
