CeraFlex Ceramic Lagging offers excellent performance on smaller pulleys with less stress. The in-line tile arrangement is perfect for lower tension T1 belts.
CeraFlex Lagging has (20 mm x 20 mm) 3/4"x 3/4" inline tiles with a channel between rows for wet or mud diversion for better pulley belt contact.

{thickness} = thickness of lagging: ‘12’ – 12 mm (1/2”), ‘15’ – 15 mm (5/8”) thick
{FRAS, MSHA}= Optional requirement for grade of lagging rubber: ‘FR’ for FRAS, or ‘MS’ for MSHA if required
{tile} = ‘S’ – smooth 20 mm (3/4”) square ceramic tiles for non-drive pulleys appended to the end. No letter added for dimpled 20 mm (3/4”) square ceramic tiles.
For example, CL-CF-1218S would be a 460 mm (18”) belt width, smooth tile, 12 mm (1/2”) thick lagging, with no FRAS or MSHA requirement. If the lagging needed to be MSHA-grade, it would be CL-CF-1218-MSS.
The number of strips or roll length can then be determined based on the pulley diameter.
