CeraTex Premium Ceramic Lagging is the optimum in conveyor drive system performance. This patented lagging product provides an immediate cost-effective solution to conveyor drive problems.
CeraTex Lagging has 25 mm x 25 mm (1"x 1") staggered tiles with a channel between rows for wet or mud diversion and better pulley belt contact.

{tile} = ‘C’ – dimpled 25 mm (1”) square ceramic tiles for drive pulleys, or ‘N’ – smooth 25 mm (1”) square ceramic tiles for non-driven pulleys
{thickness} = thickness of lagging: ‘15’ – 15 mm (5/8”), ‘20’ – 20 mm (3/4”), or ‘25’ - 25 mm (1”) thick
{FRAS, MSHA} = Optional requirement for grade of lagging rubber: ‘FR’ for FRAS, or ‘MS’ for MSHA if required
For example, CLP-CDS-1518 would be a 460 mm (18”) belt width, dimpled tile, 15 mm (5/8”) thick lagging, with no FRAS or MSHA requirement. If the lagging needed to be MSHA-grade, it would be CLP-CDS-1518-MS
The number of strips or roll length can then be determined based on the pulley diameter.
