As part of your SG1 Switchgear build and customization, or your EMSYS LSRS install, Almex offers the option to allow for remote service and troubleshooting from experienced Almex support staff. Our experts will be able to assess your equipment without commuting delays and through encrypted communication to ensure the maximum security.
Simultaneously provide support to devices connected via USB and Ethernet with Automatic IP assignation (DHCP) or static IP in the range of 192.168.1.3 onwards.
Should an issue arise, the SG1 can be hooked up to the Almex Connect box and your Almex support person can access the Almex Connect remotely to get the data and diagnostics of your SG1 Switchgear to troubleshoot and resolve your issues.
This remote access connectivity option is available via WIFI or cell data connection (4G).
