Fusion StripLagg URDS (Universal Rubber Drive System) is a small or large profile pulley lagging, ideal for drive pulleys with medium to very high tension & belt ratings.

- The profile pattern provides effective surface contact with the conveyor belt

{thickness} = thickness of lagging: ‘15’ – 15 mm (5/8”), ‘20’ – 20 mm (¾”), ‘25’ – 25 mm (1”) thick
{FRAS, MSHA}= Optional requirement for grade of lagging rubber: ‘FR’ for FRAS, or ‘MS’ for MSHA if required
For example, FL-SURDS-1218 would be a 460 mm (18”) belt width, 15 mm (5/8”) thick lagging, with no FRAS or MSHA requirement. If the lagging needed to be MSHA-grade, it would be FL-SURDS-1218-MS
The number of strips can then be determined based on the pulley diameter.
