Developed in collaboration with a European conveyor belt manufacturer, Almex’s HDS-MC Series is one of the most advanced designs available for conveyor belt manufacturing. Multiple down-stroking cylinders provide even pressure over the complete platen surface. Low operating costs and fast cycle times increase belt production and reduce product costs.

CAPACITY
The HD-MC is offered in widths up to 3.2 M in width and 17M length. Pressures of 500 psi (3.4 Mpa) are possible and 50mm belt thickness.
CONFIGURATIONS
Both double or single daylight options are available.
Complete turnkey lines with stretchers clamps and wind up and let offs.
OPTIONS
Steel Cable or Fabric conveyor belt production. Hot oil or steam heated platens.
