The EMSYS LSRS Retrofit kit is an all-in-one retrofit solution for reviving a belt with broken loops/antennas or adding LSRS and SwitchTag to an existing conveyor belt to automatically scan for damage and rips ongoing.

A SwitchTag can be installed in under an hour with the LSRS Retrofit kit, versus 4-6 hours for most other loop system replacements.

The LSRS Retrofit comes with everything you need for retrofitting SwitchTag system into your belt, including:

• Rubber grooving/skiving tool with heated blade (10 pkg) to quickly skive the channel for the SwitchTag
• A Field-portable Vulcanizing Press
• Control box to power and control the skiver and vulcanizer
