Fusion StripLagg URDS-SP (Universal Rubber Drive System -Small Pattern) is a smaller profile pulley lagging, based on the original URDS triangular profile, ideal for smaller drive pulleys with low to medium tension.

- FusionLagg URDS-SP is designed to be applied to the pulley with the grooves in the lagging running horizontal to the pulley face
- The profile pattern provides effective surface contact with the conveyor belt
- The open area or spacing between the profiles effectively removes product fines, moisture and water when present on the system
- Exceptional belt tracking, creating exceptional wear life
- Featuring our Fusion Systems proprietary bonding layer technology significantly enhancing the bond between the lagging and the pulley shell
- Easy to install

For example, FL-SURDS-SP-1218 would be a 460 mm (18”) belt width, 12 mm (1/2”) thick lagging, with no FRAS or MSHA requirement. If the lagging needed to be MSHA-grade, it would be FL-SURDS-SP-1218-MSHA.
